For this event, we went with a striking circular layout – each hole arranged like the spokes of a wheel, radiating from a central hub. It didn’t just look incredible – it created a social, open space that pulled guests in from every angle. The course was busy all day long, with a constant flow of players, plenty of laughter, and some impressively competitive streaks.
Packed from First Putt to Last
The course was constantly in use, with players of all ages getting stuck in. Whether guests were reliving their childhood or just jumping in for a bit of fun between food and drink, the atmosphere was non-stop good vibes. We even overheard a few people say it was their favourite part of the whole day – not that we’re biased!

From the moment the event opened, the course was buzzing. It offered a perfect balance of fun and flow, keeping guests entertained during the in-between moments. What made this setup even more special was the custom branding throughout. Dunelm’s Flashback Festival look and feel appeared across the windmill sails, the Las Vegas-style marquee, the “Jump” obstacle, castle flag, leaderboard, welcome board and even the scorecards.
